We have a range of puddings that we offer each week on rotation so that our customers can try different options and find their favourites. 

Our Homemade Bread & Butter Pudding

It is made with slices of buttered bread, plump raisins,  a rich egg custard mixture, infused with fragrant nutmeg, comforting vanilla & warm cinnamon, served with extra custard on top.

Cinnamon & Apple Pie with Vanilla Custard

Crispy sweetened pastry pie filled with sliced cinnamon infused apples.  Served with fresh pouring cream or custard.

Semolina Pudding

A comforting dessert made by gently cooking fine semolina wheat in sweetened milk until it reaches a thick, velvety texture that can be enjoyed hot, at room temperature, or chilled into a firmer, set dessert. Flavoured Jams available for on top.

Tapioca Pudding

Tapioca pudding is a sweet pudding made with tapioca and either milk or cream. We can make thinner or slightly thicker versions of this pudding to suit individual tastes.

Butterscotch Pudding

A luxuriously creamy dessert that shows off the deep flavor of real butterscotch. Caramelized brown sugar and butter are slowly cooked with cream, then turned into a rich, custardy pudding with milk and egg yolks for a perfectly smooth texture.

Deluxe Puddings

We have a range of luxury puddings that we can offer on request.

Our Homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding. 

You will know its ours with its distinctive triangular shape. Not sickly sweet, just right. We do a sugar free version and an egg free version too. We even turn these into Christmas Trees over the festive period for fun. Containing finely chopped dates and a light and fluffy sponge.

Served with a side of Soya Cream and either toffee sauce or salted caramel sauce

Our Homemade Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake
